The owner of this one just wanted to clean up his porch. The style is very simple
and basic but made a great improvement.
Plywood handrail and rotten soffit and facial, rotting steps.
Replaced rail, put up new soffit/facial, new stairs.
Painted new additions and porch.
The back wall was golden oak stained tongue & groove. We painted it white.
