French Quarter West Exterior

We painted all of the outside of French Quarter West except for the long block East wall that runs along Dollar General. For some strange reason they didn't want it painted.

As with most jobs, the first thing we do is power wash.
Here we are power washing some more.
This is what the soffit used to look like. This is over the walk on the front (north side) of the building.
We painted it brown. This is probably the best looking shade of brown I have seen. You should take the time to look at it when your driving by.
This is what the front looked like when we were done.
Finishing up, that's the liquor store that had the coolers over in the interior area.
This is the east side of the building. This is before we power washed all the wood on this side. We're also going to cut those posts off.
Here is another picture before we did anything to this side. The tin roof is rusty.
We are power washing the east side. That wood sure cleaned up nice.
Here is the picture of the east side. We have it all power washed, the tin and block painted, and the posts removed and capped.
This is the south side, around in back when your coming in from Pershing. We painted all the shakes, Facial , soffit, walls, railing and everything else. The rails are painted half way up, we still have to get the upper half. The rails were black, we're painting them brown.
We're using the bucket and painting the shakes. We already have the poles done, still have to get the railing.
Here we have all the railing done and just about have the shakes completed.
We have the stairs painted and we are starting the face.
We're painting the face and soffit as we goes.
We're working on spraying the soffit.
Most of this job was sprayed. As usual, no vehicles or anything else was damaged from the over spray.
